2011-2012 School Year
Every Monday - Chamber Choir Class - 6:00 - 6:30 PM will be for sectionals, individual help and preparation for auditions. Class begins at 6:30 PM sharp. Class will end between 8:15 and 8:30 PM
May 24, Thur. - Farewell to Class of 2012 Concert at The Warner Theatre. Be ready to sing at 6:20 p.m. (in uniform - warm up on your own). Seniors, be sure to pick up a carnation when you arrive.
May 31, Thur. - THS Awards Night - Chamber sings National Anthem and one more song TBA. Please dress nicely for this performance, concert uniform is not required (no jeans/Tshirts; no spaghetti straps/sleeveless; watch skirt length - no shorts). Once finished with performance, you can leave or sit with students if receiving an award.
June 17, Sun. - Chamber Choir - Graduation - National Anthem. Chamber Choir arrive in uniform at 5:40 p.m. Warm-up on your own. Gather on (audience) left exit steps near stage. Graduates will join Chamber Choir for National Anthem, so go directly to the stage once you get to your seat or have them save your seat for you.
AUGUST 27th - MARK YOUR SUMMER CALENDAR! Chamber Choir has been invited to sing for the TPS Teacher Convocation at THS on Monday morning. I need every Chamber member available. We will be singing Famine Song (one more time) and The National Anthem. This performance is an important one because it will be for all TPS teachers. Numerous TPS teachers have donated toward and/or shown support for Chamber Choir, so this is our way of thanking them for their past and future support. Arrival/rehearsal time info will be forthcoming.
